Our second Blues Festival is bigger, better and bluesier than ever before.
Saturday from 4pm
Local boys Solis Blues will open the festival with a bang, then be prepared to be blown away by the Sammy Owens Blues Band unique, down to earth and downright stunning blues. Rambal then takes us into the night with their incredible sound of Soul, Blues and Funk. To wind up the night we have gone big with the Blues Roulette Big Band presenting “The Comittments”. This show is sure to be a festival highlight.
Sunday from 11am
Daryl Roberts opens our Sunday session, Daryl plays original funky catchy tongue in cheek blues. Daryl will be followed by Charlie Bedford, Charlie is one of Australia’s exciting next generation artists, performing in the USA multiple times in Memphis, Nashville & Muscle Shoals. We are then very pleased to have the Fiona Boyes Trio fill out our Sunday, Fiona is an absolute legend of Australian blues and watching her incredibly talented trio live is an experience that shouldn’t be missed. Our Festival bookend is Blue Sunday Blues Band fronted by multi award winning blues artist Marco Goldsmith playing originals plus some Aussie, American and English blues thrown in the mix.
